Inagakuen Sogo High School Wind Orchestra

During the last week of school in December, the Batavia HS Bands will host 150 students from Inagakuen Sogo HS in Tokyo, Japan, for a Unity Concert at the Batavia Fine Arts Centre. One of Japan’s finest wind ensembles, winners of the Vienna Grand Prix, and 15-time Gold-Medalists at the All Japan Band Contest is coming to Chicago for the 2024 Midwest International Band Clinic, beginning with a special cultural exchange visit at Batavia High School. This stellar group of musicians will perform an assortment of new and unique works combined with an exciting pops display you are sure to enjoy. Ensembles from Batavia High School will share in this presentation of global harmony.

Batavia Marching Band Community Performance

The Award-Winning Batavia Marching Band invites YOU to our Community Performance at 8 PM in Bulldog Stadium on Wednesday, October 16th. They'd love to perform their competitive show "On Top of Spaghetti" for you. Please help support these amazing students by filling the stands! The field will be open for patrons at 7:30 pm - the performance is at 8 pm. There are no tickets and the performance is free.

Support the Batavia Music Buffs during our lively Tag Day fundraiser! Our accomplished Batavia Marching Band students will be performing at the Batavia Farmers Market and other locations throughout town. You can also expect them to visit Batavia neighborhoods, going door to door to collect donations. Your generous contributions help sustain music programs in all BPS 101 schools, including band, orchestra, and choir. All donations are greatly appreciated!
