Donations

Please consider making a TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation to help ensure the quality of our Batavia music programs.

Donate

The Batavia Music Buffs is a 501(c)3 organization that supports music in all BPS101 schools. Your generous donation will be used to purchase and repair instruments and equipment, hire clinicians to help teach our young musicians, offer scholarship opportunities, support the costs of uniforms, competitions and concerts - and more!

Donations of any amount are appreciated and can be made in honor of a loved one. Whether you choose to contribute $5, $10, or more, your generosity makes a significant impact. Thank you for supporting our students and the music in our community.

Gift Card Program

RaiseRight is one of the easiest fundraising programs offered and is a no-selling program that allows families to raise money for the Batavia Music Buffs.

RaiseRight can be used to pay for everyday purchases, using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards, while benefiting the Batavia Music Buffs. It really is that simple!

We partner with Ritebite Fundraising, Fresh Ground Coffee from Geneva, Gourmet’s Delight, and Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough to bring you a delightful selection of Butter Braids, coffee, cookies, cake rolls, and cheesecakes. What could go better together than coffee, Butter Braids, and cheesecake? hoagies

a tradition since 1982

After a long hiatus due to a lack of volunteers, we're excited to bring back the popular Hoagie Fundraiser for fall 2024!

Students can sell delicious sandwiches to family, friends, neighbors, relatives, teachers, and more. They’ll earn Charms monies for each sandwich sold. Several types of sandwiches will be available, and they freeze well, making them a tasty and convenient option. Orders can be placed directly through our website, with all sales done online—no paper forms or cash/checks accepted.

We love that this fundraiser is a community builder and offers a fun opportunity for everyone to prep and make sandwiches together. It’s a fantastic way to meet new people and enjoy time with friends.
