The below form must be completed by the student applicant. If the applicant is under 18, a parent or guardian must digitally sign their name on the application and agree to the terms and conditions.
Application must be received by Monday, April 14, 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Student's acceptance to their college or university must be unconditional.
A copy of your college acceptance letter must accompany your application
